Dr. Laskin is passionate about improving lives by elevating health through teamwork and technology. He believes that by offering patients same day convenience while providing care “at your pace” is one way to achieve this. He has been recognized by his peers, being voted a “Top Dentist” in both Minneapolis/St. Paul and Minnesota Monthly magazines.

Dr. Laskin is passionate about pursuing the most advanced dental techniques and materials through clinical training courses each year. These have ranged from certification in Invisalign™ orthodontics, Essix™ minor tooth movements, and Lumineers™ veneers to such areas as laser dentistry and restorative procedures. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Minneapolis District Dental Society, and several continuing education organizations. Dr. Laskin regularly donates his time and services to Donated Dental Services, volunteering comprehensive dental treatment free of charge to the disabled, elderly, or medically compromised individuals who cannot afford necessary treatment nor get public aid. He and his wife, Tesa, have two beautiful children, and in his spare time he enjoys martial arts, snowboarding, and guitar.

In addition to founding Lake Minnetonka Dental, Dr. Laskin is the creator of Upgrade Dental, Digital Nitrous, OperaDDS, co-founder of ToothApps, as well as author of the Amazon best selling book “The Patient First Manifesto,” Dr. Laskin excels at helping others integrate technology and teamwork into their practices.

Dr. Laskin plays an active role in driving innovation at several progressive dental organizations, including Abundents, Vyne Dental, Lake Minnetonka Dental, Talentship, Evergreen, Kwikly and Dental Care Alliance. Dr. Laskin also serves as counsel to many leading companies in dentistry. Through his participation on the groundbreaking workgroups at Dental Standards Institute, Dr. Laskin is giving patients a voice as well as creating important guidelines for emerging technologies.
